1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and services operated by Beck Power ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at beckpower.com and associated subdomains. This includes the Good Morning dashboard, FrankieGO, and any other tools we operate.

2. What Data We Access or Process

Good Morning Dashboard

When you connect your Google account, our application may request access to:

Gmail (read-only): Read solely to display a summary of recent and unread emails in your personal dashboard.
Google Calendar (read-only): Read solely to display your upcoming schedule in your personal dashboard.

We access only the minimum data necessary. Google data is never stored on our servers.

FrankieGO

FrankieGO is a capture and productivity app. Here is exactly what happens to your data:

Captures (text, images, PDFs): Sent directly from your browser to Anthropic's API using your own Anthropic API key. We never see or store this content — it goes from your device to Anthropic.
Voice recordings: Sent to our Groq-powered transcription worker to convert speech to text. Audio is processed and immediately discarded — not stored.
YouTube links: The video URL is sent to our transcript worker (powered by Supadata) to fetch captions. No video content is stored by us.
Your data (tasks, habits, CRM, notes): Stored in your own Supabase project — a database you own and control. We do not have access to it.

3. Third-Party Services

Depending on which Beck Power services you use, your data may pass through the following third parties:

Anthropic — AI processing for FrankieGO captures (via your own API key). Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Groq — Voice transcription. Audio is processed in real time and not retained.
Supadata — YouTube caption fetching. Only the video URL is sent; no personal data.
Supabase — Your own Supabase project stores your FrankieGO data. We do not share a database with you — it is entirely yours.
Cloudflare Workers — Stateless serverless functions power our voice and transcript workers. No data is persisted in these workers.
Google — OAuth for the Good Morning dashboard. Subject to Google API Services User Data Policy.
Stripe — Payment processing. We never see or store your card details.

4. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, share, transfer, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party for advertising, analytics resale, or any commercial purpose. Your data is yours.

5. Data Storage

Google dashboard data is never stored on our servers — it is fetched in real time and not persisted. FrankieGO data lives in your own Supabase project. We retain purchase records only as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Google API Services

Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at beck@beckpower.com. You may revoke Google account access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

8. Security

We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 for authentication and do not store your Google credentials. Access tokens are not logged or exposed. FrankieGO uses Supabase Row Level Security to ensure each user's data is isolated.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
