By accessing or using any Beck Power application or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Beck Power provides a personal morning dashboard application that connects to your Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar) to display a summary of your emails and upcoming events. The Service is intended for personal productivity use.
Beck Power also provides Frankie Social, a tool for scheduling and publishing your own content to social media accounts you connect, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

When you use Frankie Social, you are responsible for the content you schedule and publish, and you confirm you have the rights to it. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you agree to comply with each platform's own terms, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Frankie Social publishes only what you instruct it to, at the time you choose. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, removing or limiting your content, or for changes to a platform's features or availability.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, branding, and code associated with Beck Power and its services are the property of Beck Power. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beck Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
